Glow Haven
A wellness and beauty studio with a broad treatment menu, where most enquiries come from people who have never booked that kind of treatment before and are quietly unsure what to ask for.
The problem
A long treatment list feels like completeness to the studio and like a test to the client. Someone unfamiliar with the category cannot tell which of eleven options applies to them, so they close the tab rather than risk asking a question that makes them feel foolish.
Booking made it worse. Most visits happen from a phone in the evening, and a booking flow that assumes the client already knows exactly what they want loses precisely the people the studio most wants to reach.
Choose from eleven treatments.

The approach
Reframe the menu around outcomes and concerns instead of treatment names, so a first-time client recognises their own situation and finds the right service without needing prior knowledge.
Then make booking genuinely effortless on a phone, with pricing and duration stated plainly — the two things people are too polite to ring up and ask.

What we built
Six decisions that shaped the build, each made for a reason rather than an aesthetic.
Treatments grouped by the outcome a client is looking for rather than by clinical name, so no prior knowledge is required to choose.
Most visits happen on mobile in the evening, so the booking flow was designed for that context first.
Cost and duration visible without asking — the two questions clients are least likely to phone up about.
Generous space and soft contrast so the site feels like the studio rather than like a clinic or a salon chain.
What actually happens in an appointment, described plainly, because uncertainty is what delays the first booking.
Treatments, pricing and availability all updated in-house as the offering changes.
