Which service is right for me?
It depends on where your site is now. If the design and content are settled and it just needs building properly, that’s Launch. If the site says the wrong thing to the wrong people, that’s Rebuild. If the site is good but nobody finds it, that’s Grow. If you want it looked after without lifting a finger, that’s Maintain. And if you want a site live in days for a monthly fee, that’s Hosted for You. Not sure? A thirty-minute call settles it.
What’s the difference between Launch and Rebuild?
Launch builds what you’ve already decided: your design, your content, built custom in Squarespace. Rebuild starts further back. We work out who your buyer is and what they need to hear, write every page, then design and build around those words. Launch is execution. Rebuild is strategy, copy and execution.
Do you write the copy?
In Rebuild and Hosted for You, yes. Every page is written for you and approved by you before design starts. Launch moves your existing content across and tightens it where needed. Grow writes every new page and article it publishes.
How long does it take?
Launch usually takes 4 to 8 weeks and Rebuild 8 to 16 weeks, depending on page count and how much content moves across. Hosted for You is live in days. Grow and Maintain start the week you sign.
How does pricing work?
Launch starts from $3,750 and Rebuild from $6,250, as fixed project prices. Grow starts from $1,500 a month and Maintain from $1,200 a month. Hosted for You is $297 a month billed monthly, or $247 a month billed quarterly, plus a one-off setup quoted on the call. Every price is agreed in writing before anything starts, and it doesn’t move afterwards. Full detail on the pricing page.
Why “from” rather than a flat price?
Because a five-page service site and a forty-page site with booking and a blog aren’t the same job. What’s fixed is what you get. The number depends on page count, content and features, and you see it in writing after the call, before you commit.
Can I combine Grow and Maintain?
Yes, and you save 10% on the combined monthly fee. If you later stop one, the other simply moves to its standalone price.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long contracts. Projects are paid 50% to book and 50% at launch. Grow has a three-month runway, because that’s when results start showing, then runs month to month. Maintain is month to month from day one. Hosted for You is month to month, or quarterly at the lower rate.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I move to Squarespace?
Not with a proper migration. Every URL is mapped and redirected, page titles and descriptions move with the content, and rankings are measured before and after, so anything bringing in traffic keeps working.
Why only Squarespace?
Because knowing one platform inside out is why the work looks custom and ships fast. It also means you can run the site yourself afterwards without paying a developer for every text change. Our own site is built on Squarespace too.
Does my site need to be on Squarespace for Grow or Maintain?
Yes. Both partnerships work directly inside your Squarespace account. If you’re on another platform, Launch or Rebuild moves you across first, and the partnership can start the day you go live.
Who owns the website?
With Launch and Rebuild, you own everything from day one: the domain, the Squarespace account and every piece of content. With Hosted for You, your domain and content are yours, while the code and hosting stay with us. That’s what keeps the monthly price low.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a recorded training walkthrough and 30 days of support. After that, the site is yours to run. If you’d rather someone kept improving it or looked after it, Grow and Maintain pick up where the project ends.
