Woodcraft Solutions
A premium B2B furniture maker focused on exceptional craftsmanship and elegant, functional design, selling to businesses that want sophisticated furniture solutions rather than catalogue product.
The problem
When the product is craftsmanship, the website has to demonstrate it rather than describe it. Their existing site did the opposite — small images, dense text, and a layout that made premium furniture look like warehouse inventory.
There was also a buyer mismatch. B2B furniture purchases are considered, specification-led decisions made by procurement and design professionals, and the site was built as though a consumer was casually browsing for a sofa.

The approach
Strip everything back. A minimalist black-and-white aesthetic with large, high-resolution product imagery and clean typography, so the furniture is the only thing competing for attention on any given screen.
Then rebuild the flow around a business buyer: clear collection structure, specification-friendly presentation, and a route to enquiry that suits someone specifying for a whole project rather than buying a single item.
Collections, specified for whole projects.

What we built
Six decisions that shaped the build, each made for a reason rather than an aesthetic.
An elegant black-and-white layout that conveys sophistication and professional craftsmanship without ever competing with the product.
Large, high-resolution imagery that highlights build quality and attention to detail — the actual reason the client can charge what they charge.
Every existing URL mapped to a 301 and the full product archive migrated by hand, so the redesign did not cost them the search visibility they already had.
A clear, logical structure so a buyer specifying for a project can move through collections without hunting for anything.
Every area of the site carefully composed to hold attention on the products rather than dividing it between competing elements.
Design and flow tailored to business clients, balancing the aesthetic with the practical needs of a specification-led purchase.
