Project Overview
Overlook Inc. needed a modern, refined Squarespace website to showcase their premium listings and convey trust to a discerning audience. The objective was to drive inquiries and reflect the company’s luxury ethos, while making the experience seamless for users browsing from mobile or desktop.
Our Approach
We crafted a visually compelling homepage centered on Overlook’s brand values. The design features fluid scrolling, large-format property imagery, and strategically placed CTAs to boost user engagement. A rich brown color palette was used to evoke sophistication and warmth, while clean layouts and dynamic sections guided visitors through services, testimonials, and property previews. Every detail was built to inspire trust, highlight exclusivity, and support conversion goals.
