Corporate website design that earns trust from every audience.

Clients, partners, investors and future hires all check your website before they talk to you, and each wants something different. We design corporate websites that look established, answer every audience clearly and make the next step obvious, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

See how your current site scores

Scores for speed, search, accessibility and trust in about a minute.

See what the audit checks

A corporate site is judged by people who never tell you they visited.

Prospective clients, procurement teams, journalists and candidates read your site quietly, then decide whether to take the next step. If it looks dated, vague or hard to navigate, they assume the company is too, and you never hear about the opportunity you lost.

Built for every audience a company has

Each part below is there because someone important is checking it.

A clear route for each audience

Clients, partners, investors and candidates each find their section from the homepage, without digging.

Credibility up front

Leadership, history, certifications and clients presented clearly, because every audience checks them.

A consistent brand at scale

A shared set of layouts and components, so every page looks like the same company, however many there are.

News that stays current

A newsroom or insights section your team can update, so the site never looks abandoned.

Accessible and fast

Readable contrast, keyboard access and quick pages, because a corporate site has to work for everyone.

Enquiries routed properly

One form that asks what the enquiry is about, so it reaches the right person first time.

A company we did this for: YGT Management

A New York City property management firm specialising in multifamily, mixed-use and rent-stabilised buildings, 250+ residential units across 11 properties and a $5.5MM annual rent roll, in a market where every competitor’s website looks identical.

Interchangeable sites, invisible expertise

Property management is a market where the websites are effectively interchangeable, the same stock photography of glass towers, the same generic services list, the same corporate blue. An owner comparing three firms has no way to tell them apart, so the decision falls back to price or whoever a friend used.

YGT’s actual advantage is deep expertise in NYC Local Laws and rent stabilisation, genuinely difficult, genuinely valuable, and completely invisible on a site that lists it as one bullet among nine.

Compliance made the headline

Build something modern and authoritative enough that the right property owners, those with rent-stabilised and multifamily buildings, immediately feel they had found a firm that knew what it was doing. Compliance expertise became a feature of the site rather than a line in a list.

Every page was then structured around a single goal: getting a qualified owner to make contact. Specificity did the persuading, unit counts, rent roll, borough coverage, all surfaced prominently rather than buried.

Six decisions that shaped the build, each made for a reason rather than an aesthetic.

  • Modern visual identityWe moved away from the generic corporate look that dominates the sector and built something bold and contemporary, signalling immediately that YGT operates at a different level.
  • Conversion-focused structureEvery page built around one goal: getting a qualified property owner to make contact. CTAs, service breakdowns and trust signals placed deliberately to guide that journey without friction.
  • Compliance as a featureYGT’s depth in NYC Local Laws and rent stabilisation is their biggest differentiator. We made that expertise visible and tangible throughout the site rather than burying it in a services list.
  • Interactive compliance trackingCustom interactive sections give visitors a reason to explore beyond the homepage, increasing time on site while demonstrating the expertise rather than claiming it.

“Mikkel is truly a one of a kind talent and an all around pleasure to work with. He is more than a freelancer. He’s a businessman himself who made it a point to understand my business. If you can articulate it, he can make it. He is perhaps the clearest communicator of any web designer I have ever worked with. He incorporates certain tools and software in his feedback process that create for a seamless implementation of any design feedback he receives. And he nails it. No matter how detailed or lengthy, not a single comment is lost on him. I am working on other businesses as well where I will soon need a website for them too. My only regret is not being able to build those other businesses fast enough, so I can see him create magic again sooner. When those projects are ready to advance and are ready for their big public debut, I know who I will be going to. Thank you Mikkel, sincerely.”

How your corporate website gets built

Four stages, in the same order every time. How long each takes depends on the size of the site, and you get the timeline in writing before anything starts.

  1. Discovery

One call and a short form. Who checks your site, what each of them needs to see, and where the current site lets them down.

  2. Copy first

We write your homepage copy first and show it on a mockup, then every other page. You see the words in place before we design.

  3. Design and build

Designed custom from a blank canvas, desktop and mobile, with a consistent set of layouts and SEO, schema and analytics wired in as we go.

  4. Launch and handover

Every URL redirected so existing rankings hold, then training, 30 days of support, and full ownership in your name.

3 to 4 hours That is all the time it takes from you: a discovery call, a copy review and a site review. Gathering content and images is usually the longest part, and it can run in parallel.

What makes a corporate website different?

The number of audiences. A small business site mostly speaks to customers. A corporate site also speaks to partners, investors, journalists and candidates, and each needs a clear route to what they came for without making the others dig.

Will we lose our current search rankings?

No. Every URL is mapped and 301-redirected before launch, and rankings are measured either side so anything bringing in enquiries keeps working. Some movement in the first two weeks is normal while Google recrawls the site, and a lasting drop only happens when a migration is not mapped.

What will our company's site be built on?

Squarespace, on Launch and Rebuild. We build only on Squarespace, so we know it inside out: the design is custom, the site ships in weeks, and your team can change text and add pages without paying a developer. Hosting and security are handled.

How do we keep a large site consistent?

With a shared set of layouts, components and type rules. New pages are built from the same parts, so the site stays consistent however many people edit it.

Can our team update news and careers pages?

Yes. News, team profiles, roles and pages are all editable in-house, with a recorded walkthrough of your own site. If nobody has time, Maintain handles every change within 48 hours.

Is a corporate website the same as a B2B website?

Often, but not always. A B2B site focuses on winning the buyer's shortlist; a corporate site presents the whole company to every audience. Many companies need both, and our B2B website design page covers the buyer side in detail.

Who writes the content, and can we review it?

We write every page and share it for your review before design begins. Corporate copy usually needs sign-off from several people, so we plan this stage around your review process. You can correct anything at document stage, and nothing goes live without your approval.

How much of our time will this take?

Three to four hours: a discovery call, a copy review and a site review. Gathering photography is usually the longest part, and it can run in parallel. Reviews are scheduled around your busiest periods, so nothing needs your attention when you are stretched.

What does it cost, and who owns the site?

Projects start from $5,000, with the exact figure set by page count, functionality and whether existing content is being migrated. You get a fixed number in writing before anything begins, no hourly billing and no scope surprises. You own the result outright: the domain, the website account and every piece of content are in your name from day one, with no agency lock-in. Full detail on the pricing page.
